Open Platform Charter
InfoTrack Canada believes than an open and transparent technology platform and ecosystem benefits legal and financial services customers and facilitates improvements to legal and financial service delivery. We will provide open access to our platform through APIs that are accessible by all partners who service the legal and financial services sector, including and without restriction, those partners who may compete with an affiliated company.
InfoTrack Canada commits to the following for all partners:
1. Equal Access and Consistent Commercial Terms
Every integration partner will have an equal opportunity to access to the latest APIs, MCP tools, data schemas, standard SLAs and consistent commercial terms.
2. Data Protection & Security
InfoTrack is a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant organization. Transaction and usage data
from partner integrations is never shared with or used to advantage any affiliated
brand or partner. This will be enforced through internal information sharing barriers and attested annually.
3. Roadmap Neutrality
Integration requests are prioritized by customer demand. All partners will have
regularly scheduled business reviews where roadmap requests and opportunities
will be discussed and shared. These reviews will also provide an opportunity for partners to provide feedback and collaborate on opportunities for mutual benefit. Partner confidentiality is protected under an NDA agreement.
4. Data Ownership & Transparency
Partners can export their complete transaction history at any time, at no cost and InfoTrack Canada will attest to the secure removal and destruction of partner data from our systems.
5. Confidentiality
Partner roadmaps, conversations, plans, features, functionality and data are never shared, are stored within InfoTrack Canada’s secure environment and always treated as sensitive, confidential information.
